Who this is for

Owners who kept the records.

Companies still trading in logistics, construction, staffing, agencies, manufacturing, insurance and the professions, with years of work saved in their systems. And the companies that closed in those same sectors with their archives intact: their records show what a buyer pays for.

The path

Your originals never move. A buyer licenses a copy.

Your company

Keeps every original. You choose what goes in the copy.

The data buyer

Reviews the copy, removes personal and sensitive details, makes the offer and pays your company directly.

AI training

The buyer's models learn how real companies get work done.

We make the introduction and we are paid by the buyer, never by you. Your data never passes through us.
How it works

Who qualifies

Years of real work, saved in software.

Both buyers publish their criteria. We check them before every introduction. This is what they list today, and the buyer is named on the page where you apply.

Usually a fit

  • Three or more years of records in more than one system: email and calendars, file stores, accounting or billing, CRM, operations software
  • 20 or more staff in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia with one buyer; 30 or more anywhere in the Western markets with the other, now or at the company's peak before it closed
  • Law firms from 10 staff, and accounting, medical or finance firms from 15, in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia
  • Records mostly in English

Usually not a fit today

  • Fewer than 20 staff, unless you are a law, accounting, medical or finance firm
  • Records kept mostly on paper
  • Records mostly in a language other than English
  • Less than three years of digital history

The buyer pays me a referral fee only if your deal is approved. You pay nothing, you never send me a file, and I never see your data. My job is to tell you plainly whether you fit, and to make sure you apply through the right door.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

Is it really free for my company?

Yes. The buyer pays us a referral fee when a deal is approved. Your company pays nothing at any stage.

What records do the buyers want?

Everyday work records kept in software: emails, documents, project files, tickets, procedures, CRM history. The buyers use them to teach AI how real companies get work done.

Do we lose our files?

No. The buyer licenses a copy. Your originals stay where they are, and you keep using them.

What about client and staff privacy?

Both buyers state that they remove personal and sensitive information from the copy they license. You decide what to include. Check with your own legal adviser about client confidentiality before you apply, especially in law, medical and finance.

How much could it be worth?

It depends entirely on the buyer's review of what you have. One buyer's own program page lists $100K to $2M+ to the company for an approved package. We do not promise any amount, and we do not promise acceptance.

Our company has closed. Does that count?

Often yes. One buyer runs a separate program for companies that are no longer operating and had 30 or more staff at their peak. The check above routes you to it.

We are just under the staff line. Is it worth applying?

Sometimes. The check tells you when you are close and gives you the link with a caution. Count everyone on payroll at the peak, and let the buyer decide.

Who are the buyers?

Two established AI data buyers with public programs and published criteria. We name the buyer on the application page you reach through your link, so the introduction is counted and you deal with them directly from there.

Will you see our data?

No. Your records go from your company to the buyer. We only make the introduction.

What if we are not a fit?

You get a clear "not today" and the reason. If the buyers change their rules, we will tell you.
